The Information Technology Department provides state-of-the-art laboratory facilities to promote practical learning, technical excellence, and innovation. Equipped with 146 computer systems, high-speed internet connectivity, multimedia resources, and the latest software applications, the laboratories provide students with an ideal environment for hands-on learning in programming, networking, database management, web development, cybersecurity, animation, and emerging technologies.
The department consists of two Information Technology Laboratories and one Skill, Animation & Language Laboratory, designed to support practical sessions, project development, workshops, technical training, seminars, and industry-oriented learning experiences. The laboratories are regularly upgraded to meet the evolving academic requirements and technological advancements.
These laboratory facilities are utilized by students of B.Sc. Information Technology (B.Sc. IT), Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS), Bachelor of Accounting & Finance (BAF), Bachelor of Commerce in Banking & Insurance (BAFI), Bachelor of Mass Media (BMM), and Postgraduate (PG) programmes.
